Payment Methods
ESTON Training accepts payments using any of the following methods (however, if you would like to discuss alternative, and mutually-acceptable payment methods or terms, please contact us on + 44 (0) 1270 624 622):
• Technical/Commercial Authorship Diploma Course (EDL2D) – £600 down payment followed by 5 x £200 monthly payments = £1,600 (interest-free payment plan)
• Bank transfer of funds (in GBP)
• United Kingdom bank Sterling cheque (payable to ESTON Training)
• For company purchases, please advise an Order Number and Invoice Instructions. Our terms are strictly 15 days nett.
Delivery
All training material is dispatched, via MailBigFile, on notification of bank transfer of funds, receipt of payment by cheque, or on receipt of an official company purchase order. Alternative methods of dispatch can be arranged upon request.
Conditions of Sale
Courses are sold on the understanding that their use is restricted solely to the training of the purchaser, or a stated nominee, and that the copyright remains the sole property of ESTON Training. Reproduction of any course material in whole, or in part, without the specific written consent of ESTON Training constitutes a breach of copyright and legal action may follow if such a breach of copyright is proven.
The fee for any ESTON course covers all of the study material required.
The tutorial support provided with the course, where applicable, is available for a maximum period of six or 12 months (depending upon the course chosen) from the date of enrolment. If necessary, please discuss tutorial support with your tutor.
Refunds/Returns
ESTON Training will replace any training material that is faulty, provided that we are informed by e-mail, telephone or letter when the training material has been received and notified within seven days of receipt of the training material that such material is faulty.
However, due to the nature of the training material (i.e. that once received it can be easily copied and used without the knowledge or permission of ESTON Training) under no circumstances will training fees be refunded after the dispatch of the course material.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (i.a.w. the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)).
We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website pages, via our web server. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and through our contact Enquiry Form on our Contact Us page and through our website Enrolment Form. The information that we collect is never shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.
We do not partner, or have special relationships with, any Internet Marketing Companies.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information that we will collect from you includes, for example:
• your name (if a self purchase, and also your company name if a company purchase)
• your postal address (so that we can send you a diploma if you complete the course successfully)
• telephone or mobile number (only if you wish us to contact you by telephone)
• e-mail address (so that we can communicate by e-mail, respond to course exercises, etc.)
• payment details (whether you wish to pay by bank transfer or by cheque).
If you supply us with your e-mail or postal address on line, you will only receive the information that we deem relevant to your request, and for which you provided us your contact details.
People who supply us with their telephone numbers on line will only receive telephone calls from us with particulars regarding their requests for information, or orders that they have placed on line.
Should our information handling practices change, we will contact you before we attempt to use your data for any purpose, to notify you of our policy change and to provide you with the option to deny us permission to use your information.
Upon written request, we will provide website visitors and students with copies of the information that we maintain about them. We also offer visitors and students the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in their contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us an e-mail, or a letter.
